When it comes to hitting the hay, are you one of those people who can fall asleep at the drop of a hat? Or do you that toss and turn for hours whilst flipping your pillow every ten minutes?

Insomnia is literally SO exhausting, especially when you have to wake up early for something important the next day. Studies in recent years have proved how important sleep really is. It is essential for our well-being and ability to get things done.

I’ve tried sleeping pills, but they can be expensive, and they are not something I really want to become dependent on.
